Turkey Breast Joints prepared in a variety of different formats, whether they are roasted or steam cooked from a 2 kilo Single Turkey Breast Lobe which has been cooked in traditional netting to a 6 kilo hand packed log suitable for slicing on most modern equipment.

Our two most popular delicatessen lines are the Danum turkey which has a meat content of 98% and a clean succulent turkey taste and the roast luxury turkey with an ingredient declaration of only salt and a natural carved appearance. Both of these joints can be supplied either whole or cut into halves.
